First Row, Old-Fashioned Sewing Machine Quilt

Quilting the top border and the first row of the Old-Fashioned Sewing Machine quilt. I'm about a third done with the quilting. I also threw in a couple of sunset photos and a picture of old-fashioned roses blooming in my gardens. I have half a dozen bushes, all from one root I found at the site of my late mother's home (a parsonage) when it was moved out to make room for our new church. Her bushes came from clippings from my grandmother's rosebushes in North Dakota, back in the mid 1950s.
