Finished Quilting Shellie's Cancer Quilt

Saturday I finished quilting my customer's quilt.  She made it for a friend who is being treated for ovarian cancer.  The quilt measures 50" x 60", and the pantograph is called 'Show Your Support'.

    Could you use a smaller needle next time?

    As to the holes, how about misting them and then use a softish toothbrush to help close them up.
