I finished the Buoyant Blossoms quilt tonight! It's 60.5" x 78.5". That makes it a large personal-throw size.
At the end of September, October, and November, I will post the patterns for the Blue Lotus, the Pansies, and the Gladiola.
The Iris block is the one that started it all -- I drew the pattern and printed it to give the ladies at a quilting group to which I was invited. Then I decided to offer it as the first of numerous BOMs... and so began a quilt.
For those who thought it would be too stiff with all that quilting, here it is draped nicely over the wrought-iron deck bench.

DeleteWhat a gorgeous quilt.
ReplyDeleteI just got this pattern from Craftsy. Where do I get the fabric for this beautiful quilt.
ReplyDeleteI should have left you my email address. irab13@rcn.com
ReplyDeleteGlad you got the pattern! :) I didn't buy a speck of fabric for this quilt; I just used bits and pieces left over from previous projects. If you have no bits and pieces... why, then, just take a picture of the quilt with you (or your smartphone) to the fabric store, and ... have fun! :-)
