The central part of the Constellation quilt (yep, I changed the name) is done, and the newsprint all removed from those paper-pieced blocks. It's now big enough that it doesn't fit in that floor space anymore without being rumpled!

Another Star Crossed Block
Today I put a block together and got the next one partially done. I erroneously thought these blocks would be quick! -- but that was before I counted how many pieces are in each block: 65.

Star Crossed, First Blocks
Here are the first two blocks for the Star Crossed quilt. The blocks will measure 16", finished. There will be 4" sashing.
