Fourth Dresden Plate

 One more Dresden Plate flower is finished (other than the center, which I'll sew on when I attach the flower to the quilt).

 

Dresden Plate No. 3

 Dresden Plate flower number 3, and all three plates together. They measure 15", 14", and 13". Lots more to go.

 

Second Dresden Flower

 Here's the Dresden Plate flower I just finished -- other than the center, that is.  I'll appliqué the centers on at the same time I'm appliquéing the flowers to the quilt.

 

First Dresden Plate Flower

 This is the first Dresden Plate flower for Keira's Dresden Flowers & Flutters quilt.  It will have a yellow center.

Borders on the Dresden Flowers & Flutters Quilt

 The borders are on the Dresden Flowers & Flutters quilt. I got stacks and stacks of fabrics sorted into coordinating groups for the Dresden Plates -- and then had to quit when I finally realized, You know, the reason I don't feel like continuing is because I'm just plain sick! 😵😒🫤😵‍💫🥴😕😖

Here are a couple of pictures showing the borders. Things don't really look like they match -- yet. But I think after I add the fence, the flowers, and the butterflies, it'll all go together. That's what I think, anyway! 

Quilts at the Nebraska State Fair

I was surprised to see so many quilted items in the Textiles & Arts Building:

We left the large main room and were just about to depart the building when we discovered a room across the hall filled with quilts done by 4Hers from ages 8 to 18:
