Quilting the Safari Animals

I've been quilting the Safari Animal prints.  I'll need to roll the quilt forward to complete the rest of the block.

 A wide row and a half of quilting done today on the Safari Animals quilt for grandson Jeffrey, and I'm almost ready to start quilting the animal prints.

Wolves' Dream Catcher EQ8

 I've just completed a design in EQ8 that I plan to use for grandson Lyle's quilt.  It's called Wolves' Dream Catcher (since that's the name of the panel).

Borders

 Borders are done on the Safari Animals quilt, and I'm ready to load it on the frame. Here are the opposing corners.

Cock's Comb Blocks

 Stack of 45 Cock's Comb blocks for the Safari Animals quilt.  Now to cut sashing and cornerstones, and add borders to the animal prints.

Six More Cock's Comb Blocks

 I got six more Cock's Comb blocks done today, making a total of 17 so far.  I need 28 more.

Beatrix Potter Quilt, Quilting Done

 The quilting is done on my friend's Beatrix Potter quilt.  It measures 50" x 57".  It has 80/20 batting, white 50-wt. So Fine thread on top, and pink 60-wt. Bottom Line thread in the bobbin.  My friend wanted light custom quilting.  I used free-motion and rulerwork on an 18" Handi Quilter Avanté.

Row 4, Character Blocks

 The fourth row of character blocks for my friend's Beatrix Potter quilt is done.  One more row of characters, then the bottom borders.  Hopefully, I'll be able to get it done tomorrow.

Rows 2 and 3 of my friend's Beatrix Potter quilt are done!  I'm ready to roll the quilt forward to row 4.
