The 'For Love of a Chihuahua' quilt for granddaughter Juliana is all done. It was breezy today, and kept rippling the quilt or turning it into a balloon. 😅 The quilt measures 75" x 83". I designed it in EQ8. The Chihuahua panel and all-over print were designed by David Textiles, Inc. The pantograph is called 'Sonnet', by Patricia E. Ritter and Valerie Smith. I used a 40-wt. coral variegated King Tut thread called 'Valley of the Kings' on top, and 60-wt. coral Bottom Line thread in the bobbin. The batting is Quilters' Dream wool. Quilted on an 18" Handi Quilter Avanté. My machine is hand-guided, not computer-driven.
