Hopatcong Block for 'Consider the Heavens'

 The next block, which for some unknown reason is called 'Hopatcong' (meaning 'stone water' or 'stone over water', i.e. 'bridge'), for the Consider the Heavens quilt is done.  There were 12 Y-seams in this block. I didn't even think of that until I had the fabric cut, and some of the seams sewn.

First Block for 'Consider the Heavens'

 The first block, 'Sunbeam', for the 'Consider the Heavens' quilt is done.

EQ8 Design -- 'The Heavens Declare Thy Glory'

This is the EQ8 design I plan to use for 'The Heavens Declare Thy Glory' quilt for grandson Leroy, who will be 13 next month. I have the universe fabric for these blocks, and I think there will be enough of the all-over glow-in-the-dark fabric for the back of this quilt, as well as the 'Consider the Heavens' quilt.

I've ordered some background fabric for 'Consider the Heavens', and am now hunting through my stash for coordinating and contrasting fabrics.

EQ8 Design -- 'Consider the Heavens'

Playing with EQ8, and here's the design for the next quilt, 'Consider the Heavens', which will be for grandson Grant, age 11.  I have the center panel, and an all-over glow-in-the dark galaxy print for the backing.

Vintage Airplanes Quilt Top Done

 The Vintage Airplane quilt top is done.
