My customer's French Braid Memory quilt is finished (other than the binding, which she will put on). This is a gift for Ruth's sister-in-law, and the back of the quilt is made mostly of squares from shirts belonging to Ruth's late brother. Can you see the pockets on a few of the squares? The shirts were cottons, wovens, and knits.
I used a light tan 40-weight cotton Gutermann thread on top, and white 50-weight So Fine in the bobbin. The pantograph is called 'Curly Hearts'. The quilt measures 81" x 99".
Both of y'all did a great job!
