Pinwheels

Here's a sneak preview of next month's Buoyant Blossoms block -- nine-patch pinwheels.  I've spent part of the afternoon writing instructions and making pdf files.

These are the blocks that are done so far, laid out in a semblance of order:

Nine-patch pinwheel block.  Finished size:  8.5".

I attached four pinwheel half-blocks to the corners of the Basket of Tulips central piece.

Here are as many blocks as I have done all laid out.  Sashing and cornerstones are only finished for the center piece so far.

This will be the layout for the wall hanging.  

Now to start the corner blocks.
