Mosaic Lighthouse Quilt, Cord-&-Tab Binding Done

The Mosaic Lighthouse Quilt binding is finished!  I have 609 hours in this quilt so far.  It measures 79" x 94", including the tabs, and is made up of 19,200 half-inch squares.  Next, the embroidery, which will better define the lighthouse and the keeper's house -- but I must quilt the Cross-Stitch Block Quilt first.














And, right on schedule, along comes Teensy.

He positively loves quilts.

He likes sleeping on them...


...hiding under them...

"Is anybody looking??"

"Ahhh!  Here's a good place to lay down!"

"In the sunshine..."

"On a nice, warm deck..."

"This is the life!"

"Ahhhhh..."

"I could....  just....

....close ... my ... eyes....

....and ... go....

....right ... to ... sleeeep...."  (ZZZZzzzzzzzzzxxjjnnnkk)

    Your quilt is amazing. You have made me a Thomas Kinkade fan. Teensy is one lucky cat. It's adorable how you incorporate the little one into the blog.
