Border No. 1 is sewn onto the Hanging Gardens quilt, and No. 2 is all put together and ready to be sewn on, unless I need a very narrow border between those two; I'll let the measuring tape decide. 😉
Love this quilt and know it will be cherished by you granddaughter. I am looking forward to seeing how you quilt it. I am always amazed by the way you turn a lovely quilt top into a fabulous quilted project.
Thank you so much, Edna! This is a memory quilt for my son-in-law's sister. They lost their mother last August. She was a good friend of mine. I used her fabric, and also cut apart dresses she had made her daughter when she was little. :-)
