Raised Dahlia Table Topper

I liked the customer's quillow so well, I got extra fabric and am making my daughter and son-in-law, Hester and Andrew, a table topper and napkins for their third anniversary, August 10th.  The top is now ready to quilt.   The center block with the star and flower is 23" square.
